The words : 'bio' and 'diversity' and 'museum' has been melted together by opportunistic demands of the investors of a sleek structure. They forgot about the 'sustainability' - but I am sure they added it at the time of the opening ceremonies.
Demagogical concepts of the "colors of the tropics" did not pass the reality check. Super-advanced laminating technologies are not a replacement for the knowledge of the place and climate: the colorful plastic started to shed immediately off the aluminum base. It was just a part of the many problems plaguing this high visibility governmental project.

After one year since my long walk over the Amador, the page from
the Architectural Record
brought the good news.
