Hopefully people in their own neighborhoods are not already so alienated from themselves and from each other that they will adopt techniques of dishonesty and exaggeration i their picture making. Those who have their roots in a neighborhood cannot afford to photograph the people as mere "things". They will have to live with each other after the pictures have been produced.
